VAK-Voxel readers provide a secure portal to upload your CBCT scans and other 2D images and communicate directly with your radiologist about your questions or concerns.
Swift service

The CBCT scans and other 2D images are evaluated in timely manner and we strive to provide you with the radiology reports in 2-3 business days. We also provide rush service that enables you to receive the report by the end of next business day.

We believe in Team Effort, we consult with each other on the complicated/ complex cases to ensure we don’t miss on any pertinent information that could impact the treatment plan of your valued patient.

  • Cone Beam CT interpretation --- $95
  • Cone Beam CT interpretation comparative report --- $125
  • Panoramic image and Intraoral radiograph interpretation --- $70

Turnaround time is 2-3 business days
The radiology report pricing applies to CT/ CBCT imaging and 2D images. It also includes the comparative scan analysis (prior scan read by VAK Voxel readers or a new scan comparisons)
Implant Measurements

We provide ridge height and width measurements of the potential implant sites and third party software directed virtual dental implant placement to assist with visualization and planning.

CBCT Imaging Objective

We request you to give us all the pertinent clinical and medical information and the clinical purpose for the CBCT scan so that we could provide you the detailed CBCT scan report, relevant to your patient treatment planning.

The sample reports for the various odontogenic pathologies, endodontic, orthodontic and TMJs assessment, and other specific clinical problems are available on request. Please send a request at info@voxelreaders.com

Dr. Tarunjeet Pabla

Dr. Tarunjeet Pabla is an assistant professor in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at TUSDM. She has served as full time faculty member at TUSDM from 2005- 08 and again from 2014- present.
She received her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She completed her residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is board certified in her specialty. Dr. Pabla got her BDS degree and certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from India.
She has been involved in teaching undergraduate and Post Graduate Dental students since 2002. She has participated in research, teaching and practice of Oral Maxillofacial Radiology since 2002.

Dr. Vandana Kumar

Dr. Vandana Kumar is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology and Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at Kansas City University College of Dental Medicine. She is also the president of VAK-Voxelreaders, a platform for the secure exchange of cone beam CT (CBCT) scans and radiology reports.
Dr. Kumar earned her MS in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her DDS from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. She previously served at the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Dentistry and the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.

She has served as Director and Secretary-Treasurer of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (ABOMR) and was an elected officer on the Executive Council of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (AAOMR). She has contributed numerous peer-reviewed articles and research abstracts to her field and serves as an ad hoc reviewer for journals including Dentomaxillofacial Radiology, the Journal of Dental Education, and Angle Orthodontist. In addition, she has authored several textbook chapters and presented extensively at national and international conferences.
