Step 1 : Submit a New Case
- Select Case Type (CBCT, Panoramic, or Comparison)
- Fill in Patient Information and Clinical Information
- Upload the multi-file DICOM files in the zipped folder. (For CBCT)
Step 2 : Case Assigned to Radiologist
- Standard turnaround is 2 to 4 business days
- Rush turnaround time is next business day or sooner
Step 3 : Case Completed
- You will receive an e-mail when the case is completed
- Login to your account to download the completed PDF report.
- Access all your case reports 24/7 through our secure web portal.
- The reports and scan will be saved on our server for 3 months.
Step 4 : Payment
- At the end of the month, an invoice for all the completed cases will be sent.
- The payment is done by sending the cheque of the invoiced amount
